Taking an Inventory of your PC


Taking an "Inventory" of your PC is another good thing to do. The are many Utilities that will do this for you. Belarc Advisor will take about 5 minutes to complete and when you are done, You will have a printable file that you can keep that will be very handy for you to have. The printable report will list all of your Hardware components, Drivers installed, Software installed, Product Keys for your applications, and a record of all of the windows updates applied to your PC.

Download Belarc Advisor

1.)Download Belarc Advisor to the Cleaners Folder on you desktop and open the “Advisorinstaller.exe”



2.)Click “I Agree”



3.) Click “Install”



4.)The application will start to install and you will see this screen appear.



5.)Click “Yes” belarc will check for Updates,



6.)Click “OK”



7.)The following screens will appear, then disappear.

  


9.)When the install is complete you will see the Following Screen. This may take upto 5 minutes to appear. This screen will give your important information about your computer. I recommend that you print this screen when it appears and save the print out for future reference.
